Job Summary

Sales Support M/F

In view of the Epione market launch in Europe, we are building our European Sales Team and are looking for a Sales Support (M/F).

As a Sales Support you will work alongside the Sales Department in its mission to sell EPIONE Solution and associated service solutions within specific areas.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Customer Quotations in relation with our Sales team.
  • Document Contract Review processes with our Area Sales Managers.
  • Manage Customer Product and Service contracts.
  • Place and follow up internal work orders.
  • Ensure execution and timely delivery of Customer Orders.
  • Manage Customer database.
  • Manage Export administrative procedures, as well as tenders.
  • Organize and support site visits, and trade shows.
  • Manage promotional and Marketing documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

 

Profile
  • Graduate of a Bachelor in Sales/Business Administration or equivalent, you have minimum 5 years of experience in assisting Sales Department within the Medical Device Industry.
  • You have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills within international environment.
  • You are an autonomous worker capable of team spirit.
  • You are perfectly fluent in English and master at least one additional European Language.
