For the past several months, Quantum Surgical and Montpellier-Nîmes Faculty of Medicine have been co-developing a unique training course for businesses, thus offering their employees a better understanding of the medical field. This hospital-university training for businesses will be led by professors, doctors and health professionals. Prof. Michel Mondain, Head of Montpellier-Nîmes Faculty of Medicine, and Prof. Boris Guiu, Montpellier University Hospital, Head of the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Department at Saint Eloi Hospital, are working hand in hand to provide the academic resources for this first session, which will take place on November 22.
This new training course will initially offer two sessions designed to strengthen employees’ knowledge in healthcare. The first session will be based on a basic course on surgery, anesthesia and interventional radiology, followed by a more specific course on liver cancer and percutaneous ablation.
This approach reflects a strong desire to strengthen the collaboration between healthcare professionals and all those who work on developing the medicine of tomorrow.
